Creates enthusiasm by inviting guests and team members to participate in the growth of knowledge about coffee and teas.Rotates inventory including breads, condiments, consumables and perishables.Prepares and serves iced beverage such as coffee, tea and bottled drinks. Prepares specialized coffee drinks, such as espressos, café latte and/or cappuccino, by brewing espresso and steaming milk.Creates relationships with our guests by providing best in class hospitality and constantly exceeding guest expectations. Communicates with guests with a smile, demonstrating confidence and encourages all guests to feel unique and special.Responsible for providing the freshest, highest quality coffees and teas.
The duties include brewing coffee, tea and chocolate using coffee urns dripping or vacuuming coffee makers, espresso machines, teapots, drink mixers, and other kitchen equipment and preforming cash transaction. The Barista is responsible for serving beverages and snacks to guests at the Coffee Stand.
